Hi Claude and Samantha,

Callum and I would love to send you a massive thank you for adding to the fantastic occasion that was our wedding on the 16th of May 2009.

The feedback that we have had from our guests over the past few weeks has been amazing, and praise has been given to all aspects of the evening – from the drinks, the food, the ambience, the band, and even the MC J!!

We had such a wonderful evening, that if we weren’t so tired, we would never have wanted to leave!

Claude – the manner in which your band, the Sourgrapes,  and yourself as MC built the atmosphere was amazing, and I don’t think that the dancefloor was empty at any stage of the night.  We have even had people ask me if it was a set up for me to sing!!! (You weren’t to know that I have a singing background)

To both you and Samantha, your professionalism in the planning stages of our wedding meant that the day was stress free for us – all we had to do was arrive at the venue and not worry about a thing – and for someone who is in event planning to be able to switch off for an evening is a big thing!

To the kitchen staff – the food was amazing, and we know that we will definitely be coming back out to have more!! (was just a pity we didn’t have time to sit and enjoy it more as we had to catch up with our guests)

To the service staff – your professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic. Highly efficient and highly skilled were some of the comments made about your staff.

Finally to you both Claude and Samantha, thank you again for helping make our wedding reception such a fantastic success.  We had the most amazing night, and have the most wonderful memories from the evening.

Well what can we say. what a tremendously successful send off for our newly weds Greg & Jacqui. Julie and I have been inundated with accolades from our guests praising the venue, meals and the organization of the whole night. We have to say that the Sour Grapes except for " one member" were brilliant. This member stood out, " as usual ", and made the night one that will never be forgotten. Well done Claude. But of course we cannot forget that behind every successful Claude there is a successful Samantha. Samantha you did a tremendous job in looking after everything else and you both should be extremely proud of your venue, as we are.

The staff were truly professional at all times and all requests if any were never too much trouble to handle. We had one guest who had never been to an Australian wedding before and commented that if this is the standard then what a great standard it is. We assured her that this standard can ONLY be found at Witchmount Estate Winery. From within the Denison group we have a feeling that there maybe another wedding on the horizon, but will have to let cupid take his time and i am sure that Witchmount may be the venue. Well once again thanks for everything you both did and will catch up with you both for coffee very soon.

Dear Claude and Samantha,

"The wedding of the year" "The best wedding we've ever been to" These are just a few of the comments we have been receiving from our guests continually since we got married in November. Witchmount Estate Winery played a very large role in ensuring our day was perfect. Amanda and I would just like to express our sincere gratitude to you both and all the staff at Witchmount estate. We could not have dreamed of a better day. From the food to the wine to the waiters/waitresses, guests have had nothing but positive things to say. Claude, I have now lost count of the number of people that have commented on your band "Sour Grapes" and your MC work.

I could not believe the number of people dancing. Every time I looked, the dance floor was overflowing. Your MC work was excellent, and it meant Amanda and I could relax the entire night knowing that everything would run smoothly in your hands. The function room you have at Witchmount really does speak for itself. Amanda and I fell in love with it the very first time we walked in some two and a half years ago. On the night of our wedding it almost felt the entire room had an aura about it. An aura that I am certain we would not have felt had we had our function elsewhere. Also a big thank-you for your recommendations of Alex (Photographer) and Christina (Flowers).

They conducted themselves as professionally as you two, and we were rapt with the service they both provided. We have already caught up with Alex and the photos are fantastic. Witchmount Estate is such a fantastic backdrop. Unfortunately we ran out of time on the day, but we would have loved to have more photos around the estate. We believe Alex may pass on some of the photos to you. On a personal level we would like to thank-you both for being so approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you both treated us as if we had been long life friends. Finally we both will have no hesitation in recommending Witchmount Estate and The Sour Grapes to any potential newlyweds going through the task of finding a venue. You would be very hard pressed to find a more professional, picturesque and economical establishment on this side of the city. Sure people may think we are biased but this is the honest truth.

A warm hello to you both from Jason and Melissa Galea. We would like to take this opportunity to thankyou both for helping us on our special day. Fortunately we were blessed by the angels on this day, and everything ran perfectly. We had a great support network which included the two of you. We'd like to thankyou both for your professionalism and your kindness throughout the time that we spent organising our wedding day. The photos have turned out beautifully. I have scanned some for you both of the vineyard, the cellar, and of that fantastic wooden front door. The time we spent at Witchmount over the past two years have been very memorable. Jason and I would like to thank you and your band, Claude, for keeping us entertained all night. The food was wonderful, the wine ALWAYS beautiful and the venue just speaks for itself. The day and night was BEYOND what we ever imagined our wedding day could be like. Thankyou once again to you both. We hope to see you soon when we come for dinner at Witchmount. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you guys!! for making our wedding day a memorable one. From the first time we made contact with you, nothing was ever a problem. The feeling of Witchmount Estate is relaxing, peaceful & extremely friendly. Your staff (waiters/ress's) chef etc etc should be congratulated also. On our arrival everything was perfect, from being presented to our guests, to speeches, waltz's, everything. "LA PERFECT." We wished that our night had of lasted longer. It flew!! Thanks also for recommending the best photographer (Alex) and video (Tony) and flowers (Christina) and of course "The Sour Grapes"!! What more can we say apart from THANK YOU!!
